Common questions.
How does storage work?
Storage is pooled across your organisation. Each seat contributes its per-user allowance to a shared pool — so on the Starter plan, 500 seats gives you 500 GB of total storage for the whole company to draw from. No individual seat is capped; the pool is what matters.
How are seats counted?
A seat is a person actively using Unplanned Club in a given month. Inactive accounts don't count toward your bill.
Monthly or annual billing?
Both. Monthly is the default on Starter and Standard. Annual contracts come with invoicing and a small discount — we'll quote it during the demo.
What are the contract terms?
All plans are on an annual contract. You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, or upfront annually — we'll confirm the payment schedule during the demo.
Do you support SSO and SCIM?
SSO (SAML 2.0 and OIDC) and SCIM provisioning are included on Enterprise.
Where does our data live?
Primary residency is in the US. EU residency is available on Company. Retention windows are configurable.
How do you handle security?
Encryption in transit and at rest, single sign-on, audit logs, and granular privacy controls. We'll walk your security team through our practices during evaluation.
